Thanks for visiting my site and getting to know me a little more. I have four kids, two dogs, two cats, a flock of backyard chickens, a green-cheeked conure, frogs, and a beehive. I married my high school sweetheart and live in the amazing state of Colorado, but am a native New Yorker.
I became a doula after the birth of my first son. I wanted to help educate families on how to achieve the birth they want and get partners involved in the birth. I received my training through toLabor in 2009 and 2013. I became a bereavement doula in 2015.
I have loved photography since high school yearbook where I learned to develop film at my Catholic high school with Sister Janet. I am mostly self-taught but do have some college classes in photography under my belt. There is something so special about watching a family grow. Documenting that journey is my passion.
I shoot mainly with a Canon 5d Mark iii and my 35 mm lens.
I love caramel popcorn, knitting and crocheting (Ravelry Profile Here), audio books, animals and sleep when I can get it!
